Golf course
Prince Rupert, British Columbia
Founded in Canada's centennial year of 1967, Prince Rupert Golf Club is an 18-hole course carved out of coastal temperate rainforest within minutes of downtown Prince Rupert. It plays to a par of 70 over roughly 5,890 yards, and towering hemlock, cedar and spruce squeeze the fairways so tightly that accuracy matters far more than distance. Rain-fed turf keeps the course green through the season, and mist rolling off the surrounding hills gives it a moody, secluded feel found nowhere else in the province. Deer, eagles and the occasional bear are regular company on the back nine.
Prince Rupert Golf Club is the golf course in Prince Rupert with live tee times on TeeClub, and one of 202 British Columbia courses across the province. Getting there: open Prince Rupert Golf Club in Google Maps.
