About the course

Tangle Creek Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland layout in Thornton, Ontario, designed by Rene Muylaert and opened in 2002. Stretching to 7,194 yards, the course blends open, links-style holes rimmed with fescue and mounding alongside tightly wooded holes featuring significant elevation change. Water comes into play on 10 of the 18 holes as the course's namesake creek winds through the property, complemented by nearly 50 strategically placed sand bunkers. The combination of varying terrain and water hazards makes Tangle Creek one of Simcoe County's most demanding and scenic tests of golf.
